Testing And Calibration Services – Annual Maintenance Contracts

Testing and calibration ensures that your weighing equipment is accurate and reliable, that all the incoming material is received in full and none of the outgoing package carries extra.

Why you need it? Weight variations can add up to huge amount of monetary losses and certainly that's not what we want.

When you need it? When your weighing machine/weighing equipment deviates from accuracy.

How to do it?

1. Calibration with Test Weights
This process requires a set of test weights / weigh blocks to be used as the 'known' weight. The machine/equipment is first checked thoroughly for mechanical as well as electronic inconsistencies. After checkup, the machine is tested for accuracy using the test weights. The differences between test weight values and machine outputs are matched using the applicable calibration procedure.

2. Calibration with Government Vehicle
This procedure is exclusive to only truck weighbridges. The process of calibration stays same except the fact that instead of test weights a certified Government vehicle is used as 'known' weight. The machine/equipment is first checked thoroughly for mechanical as well as electronic inconsistencies. Its then tested for accuracy using the vehicle. In case of differences between the actual vehicle weight and weighbridge output, the weighbridge is calibrated and aligned with the vehicle weight using the applicable calibration procedure.
