Stamping Services
Stamping is a mandatory and non-negotiable process. Every weight, measure, weighing machine, weighbridge and other weighing equipment has to be stamped on yearly basis by The Weights & Measures Department, Legal Metrology of India.
The Weights & Measures Department inspects the item over multiple parameters as per prescribed government standards and prepares a report for same. Only after everything is found in order, a verification certificate is issued to the customer that stays valid for a period of 1 year. In case of discrepancies, the item is rejected and blocked for further use.
